 Markland Beach is located at the top of Cape Breton Island, just off the Cabot Trail, on the Atlantic Ocean. Our 70 acre property, with a sandy ocean beach to the east, pristine lake to the south, and boreal forest to the north, is a choice spot for nature lovers.

Sightings of whales, eagles and moose are common in the highlands, where the Cape Breton Highlands National Park provides tourists with many hiking trails, look-off views and interpretive assistance.
